After a payment is verified server-side by our payment processor, your order is marked paid and download access is authorised in your account. Downloads are issued through protected, time-limited links.

4. Pricing

5. Payment

Payments are processed by our payment processor through its official hosted payment interface. We do not receive or store card numbers, security codes or full payment credentials. A purchase is only complete when payment is confirmed server-side.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, keeping your account secure, checking product details and compatibility before purchase, and complying with the applicable license.

• Using the files to infringe third-party rights or to create unlawful material
• Attempting to bypass download protection or access files you have not purchased
• Using the store for fraudulent, abusive or automated bulk activity

10. Refunds

If a download fails or a file is corrupted, contact support and we will attempt to resolve the issue, including reissuing your download access.
