Customers may not use our products to infringe the copyrights, trademarks, patents, privacy rights or other intellectual property rights of third parties.

Each product is subject to the license and usage terms displayed on its product page.

Our internal review

Before a product can be published in our catalogue, an administrator must confirm that Sytech Arquivos Digitais owns or has the necessary rights and authorization to distribute the digital files included in that product, and must complete a product compliance checklist. Products cannot be published without both confirmations.

What we do not publish

• Unauthorized copyrighted or trademarked material
• Counterfeit products or unauthorized branded designs
• Unauthorized characters, celebrity content or logos
• Unauthorized software, fonts, templates or third-party digital assets

Customer responsibilities

You are responsible for how you use the files you purchase. You must comply with the license shown on the product page and with all applicable laws, including intellectual property law in your jurisdiction.

Reporting an intellectual property concern

If you believe that any file we offer infringes your rights, contact us at ip@sytecharquivosdigitais.com. Please include the product name or URL, a description of the work you believe is affected, evidence of your ownership or authorization, your contact details and a statement of your good-faith belief. We review reports and remove or suspend affected products where appropriate.
